About TempuTech

TempuTech is an OEM provider of grain management systems based south of Memphis, Tennessee. It manufactures custom-built cables and sensors that monitor grain temperature and provides turnkey, scalable hardware and software solutions to both small and large farms.

To help farmers and grain management companies protect their investments, TempuTech developed two main software offerings—a temperature monitoring system and a hazard monitoring system. It sought to integrate the two systems for real-time, proactive alarming, and automatic back-up and redundancy.

It also needed the ability to access information anytime, anywhere and dig deeper into the data of its customers’ systems to help them avoid downtime and quality issues.

GE solution provides flexible access to asset performance data.

The Equipment Insight Solution, gathers and analyzes temperature and hazard data from TempuTech customers. It then activates alarms in response to specific incidents and conditions, helping the OEM proactively notify their customers. TempuTech can now dispatch the nearest technician to the customer with the right parts and tools in-hand, improving utilization of their field services resources.

The GE system allows onsite viewing and virtual monitoring via a secure cloud environment from mobile devices or browsers, and control of grain transfer operations across the facility. Data is now available in real time in a private cloud-based environment provided by TempuTech for its customers and accessible via a custom URL anywhere, anytime, on any device.
