Video Under Windows

No video when booting Windows with a SBC that has both SVGA and digital outputs. i.e. when receive a SBC from someone that was running W2K using an analog VGA monitor, connects up a digital monitor and boots to W2K, gets no video output.

The video circuitry and W2K driver is not intelligent enough to adjust to the different style monitor.

Keystrokes are needed to toggle between VGA and DVI in W2K.

The hotkeys work only at some point after Windows starts the video driver. In other words, this is a feature of the video driver in Windows and will not work in DOS.

Ctrl-Alt-F1 forces analog mode.

Ctrl-Alt-F4 forces digital mode.
