LynuxWorks' LynxOS® Now Available for SBS PowerPC and Intel X86 Boards
Company Continues to Gain Design Wins in Key Military and Aerospace Markets
LynuxWorks™, Inc., and SBS Technologies, Inc. today announced the availability of LynuxWorks' real-time operating system (RTOS), LynxOS®, for SBS' PowerPC® and Intel® X86 board product lines. SBS Technologies, Inc. is one of the world's leading suppliers of embedded processor boards, marketed to a diverse range of industries, including telecommunications, military, aerospace and industrial automation.
The combined LynxOS and SBS boards will be used for commercial-, industrial-, and military-grade applications. SBS developed the LynxOS ports and will make the board support packages available to customers.
