PROFINET is a standard, unmodified Ethernet protocol designed to support the latest automation strategies. One network for IO, process instruments, motion controllers, and functional safety - integrated with the IT environment to provide enterprise transparency from top to bottom. It even preserves your existing investment in legacy buses by integrating them. This FREE class prepares the student to apply PROFINET in his own project. Technical details of the technology are provided along with practical demonstrations.  The class is designed for:

  • End Users
  • OEMs
  • System Integrators
  • Manufacturers of automation devices

All students receive a training manual that includes a hard copy of presentations plus a CD containing the presentations and installation, commissioning, and security guide manuals. System Descriptions, brochures, and other documentation are also included.

Each student will receive a certificate for 5.5 Professional Development Hours (PDH).

Exhibits by device manufacturers are available during breaks.
