About Brian Courtney

Prior to GE, Brian was Vice President at Ixonos U.S.A., the North American arm of Ixonos PLC, which focuses on mobile software and hardware solutions.

His past experience includes working for PTC as a Technology Fellow and for companies such as HP and Smith & Nephew in informatics. Brian also founded a startup in the technology services sector, followed by 10 years of consulting in the technology field. He holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts and an M.B.A. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
